Track Your Order

Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

How to Track Your Order

1. Open the shipping confirmation email from Road Hat Co.
2. Click the tracking link in the email.
3. You can also return to the order-status link in your order confirmation email to view the latest shipping updates.

Please allow 2–5 business days after shipment for the carrier to display the first tracking update.

Can't Find Your Tracking Email?

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still cannot find it, please contact us and include your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Tracking Has Not Updated

Carrier scans can sometimes be delayed. If tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, contact us and we will help review the shipment.
